Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in training or education.
• Experience with EHR systems/workflows preferred in healthcare.
• Experience delivering training in healthcare environments is desirable.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Proficient in creating training materials and delivering presentations.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based, virtual, and one-on-one training for Epic modules.
• Develop and maintain training materials, curricula, and job aids.
• Coordinate training sessions, scheduling, rooms, and attendance tracking.
• Provide post-go-live support and follow-up training on new features.
• Collaborate with Epic teams to ensure content aligns with configurations.
• Stay informed on Epic updates and revise materials accordingly.
• Track training completion and reporting for regulatory compliance.
