Job summary

Priority Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a Training Designer to lead Epic-focused learning initiatives. You will collaborate with training teams, SMEs, and customers to create engaging, audience-specific learning experiences and to design, deliver, and evaluate both traditional and computer-based training.

You will manage virtual and classroom training logistics, serve as the LMS administrator, and support Epic implementation with occasional weekend and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience
• CRT- EPIC Credentialed Trainer within 180 days after hire
• CRT- EPIC Tapestry Principal Trainer within 180 days after hire

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-media training solutions focused on Epic and Health Systems.
• Collaborate with team members, SMEs, and customers to create audience-specific training materials.
• Organize and report on virtual and classroom training registration and completion.
• Serve as the team LMS administrator.
