Aufgaben

• Provide senior-level Beaker design, build, testing, implementation, maintenance, and optimization support for Beaker functionality across Clinical Pathology, Anatomic Pathology, and Reference Laboratory.
• Produce complete documentation for new and complex Beaker builds and elicit business requirements for cross-team use.
• Triage and resolve Level 2/3 Beaker issues and mentor less experienced staff.
• Own Beaker projects, define scope, milestones, and dependencies; maintain PM/time-tracking records.
• Partner with laboratory operations, providers, IT teams, Epic, and vendors; communicate status and risks clearly.
• Write and analyze complex reports; translate business needs into reporting criteria.
• Create training content and conduct sessions for end users and super users.
• Identify opportunities to improve laboratory and application-support processes.
• Coordinate Beaker upgrades/implementations and plan cutovers and contingencies.
• Manage integrations and validation for end-to-end testing with enterprise platforms.
