You will work with laboratory teams, clinicians, and IT on Beaker-enabled pathology workflows to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires five+ years of Epic Beaker experience, strong leadership, and a willingness to mentor junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, healthcare administration, laboratory science, or related field
• At least five years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar setting
• Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Epic clinical applications
• Knowledge of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
• Experience with testing and workflow documentation
• Experience resolving production issues and service tickets
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to train and mentor other analysts
• Beaker-related collaboration with multiple teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related apps

Responsibilities

• Design, build, implement, maintain, and enhance Epic Beaker applications
• Serve as primary support contact for Beaker users
• Configure Beaker to support clinical pathology workflows
• Identify, investigate, and resolve Beaker issues
• Manage Beaker service tickets and changes
• Lead testing and validation for Beaker releases
• Create workflow and configuration documentation
• Collaborate with lab, clinical, and IT teams
• Provide oversight and guidance to junior analysts
• Participate in on-call rotation and off-hours work
• Ensure Beaker security, privacy, and compliance requirements
