Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Epic Beaker CP/AP certification preferred at time of hire.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Master's degree is optional.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering and workflow analysis for Beaker projects.
• Coordinate system builds, testing, and implementation of Beaker applications.
• Provide end-user education and ongoing Beaker support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and efficient laboratory operations.
• Manage projects and ticket resolutions with adherence to SLAs.
