Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a Senior Applications Analyst specialized in Epic Beaker for Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology. The role combines Beaker analysis and build with hands-on administration of lab diagnostic equipment and collaboration with vendors to ensure seamless interfaces and device communication.

You will mentor junior analysts, manage medium-to-large projects, and provide on-site support to lab staff, from technicians to the director, several days per week in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic Application/Analyst experience in Beaker (Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology).
• Relevant degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Epic certification in Beaker.
• Broad scope responsibilities beyond core Beaker build, including hands-on lab device and vendor coordination.
• Hybrid on-site work multiple days a week with lab staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide production/onsite and after-hours Epic Beaker support for Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology.
• Lead medium to large projects, acting as project manager on major information systems initiatives.
• Partner with vendors to bring lab devices online and build linking records in Epic Beaker.
• Serve as lab equipment administrator and provide hands-on support to staff.
• Coordinate with IS teams and vendors for support and system changes.
• Analyze workflows to improve patient care, provider productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and train others on PMO tools.
• Document upgrades, testing, and acceptance of system changes.
• Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders.
