Relias, a mission-driven healthcare learning platform, seeks an Enterprise Client Success Manager in Morrisville, NC. You will own post-sale client relationships, drive adoption and value realization, and manage renewals across a portfolio of Enterprise accounts within a flexible hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer success, account management, or related client-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale lifecycle for Enterprise accounts, driving adoption and renewal.
• Develop and maintain a client success plan with milestones tied to client value objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove barriers and ensure on-time delivery of actions.
• Analyze adoption, usage, and renewal risks to optimize value realization.
• Lead renewal conversations and coordinate pricing, packaging, and approvals.
