Spring Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a remote enterprise portfolio, drive adoption, renewals, and expansions. Qualifications

Experience owning customer renewals and building revenue forecasts.
Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing enterprise relationships.

Responsibilities

Understand customer business models and build strategic account plans; execute them.
Map relationships across stakeholders, manage health and risk, guide changes.
