Job summary

Relias US in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to own the post-sale lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of Enterprise accounts, focusing on adoption, value realization, and renewal.

You will translate client priorities into actionable success plans, drive product usage and measurable outcomes, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, and coordinate across Sales, Professional Services, Support, Technical Success, Product, Finance, Legal, and other teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and coordinating internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data to drive adoption and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale lifecycle for assigned Enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute success plans linked to client value objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product.
• Lead renewal discussions and coordinate pricing/terms.
• Monitor health indicators and mitigate renewal risk.
