Protex AI Limited is seeking an Enterprise BDR to open doors and fuel growth by identifying and engaging next-generation customers. You will own outbound prospecting, represent our brand, and build a robust pipeline for Account Executives.

The role offers a clear path to senior sales roles as the company scales, with hybrid work requirements and in-person presence in Dublin or Boston two days per week. OTE and benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential industrial companies in your region that can benefit from Protex AI.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design outbound prospecting campaigns through to qualified calls.
• Engage safety and operations decision-makers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives and support early sales cycle stages.
• Qualify and manage inbound requests to build a healthy pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect activity in the CRM.
• Meet and aim to exceed quarterly meeting and opportunity targets.
• Represent Protex AI at Health and Safety conferences and expos across Europe.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing and the Account Executive team to win.
