Job summary

Protex AI Limited in Boston is seeking a high-agency leader to build and scale its US Business Development team. You will lead, hire, coach and grow the BDRs, driving enterprise pipeline in collaboration with Enterprise AEs and Growth Marketing.

You’ll report to the Head of Growth & Marketing and champion AI-enabled sales workflows, data-driven decisions, and a high-trust culture across time zones worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS sales development and leading BDRs/SDRs.
• Proven track record of pushing pipeline targets.
• Clear perspective on AI-enabled sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the US BD team hands-on with GTM tech stack supporting you.
• Build a high-trust culture where BDRs own their results.
• Own the team's pipeline targets from meetings to qualified pipeline.
• Develop and refine global prospecting playbooks with target accounts and sequences.
• Integrate AI/automation into prospecting, research, and personalization workflows.
• Hire and onboard new BDRs as the team scales globally.
• Collaborate with Enterprise AEs on territory planning and handoffs to Growth Marketing.
• Run HubSpot operating rhythm: forecasting, activity dashboards, and pipeline reviews.
