Job summary

RTX is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P4) to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in monthly EVM inputs, reporting and analysis, and BCRs. The role focuses on cost control and schedule using EVMS tools, requiring self-sufficiency and team collaboration to meet program commitments.

The candidate will perform analyses, develop EAC/LRE inputs, and deliver meaningful reporting to drive predictable results in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent with substantial experience in cost accounting/finance
• Experience performing Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office and financial modeling tools

Responsibilities

• Support EACs and LRE updates quarterly/monthly with cost estimates and risk assessment
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline and schedule
• Prepare forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts
