Job summary

RTX is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P4) to support the Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in EVMS inputs, reporting and analysis. This role focuses on cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools, requiring self-sufficiency and teamwork to meet program commitments.

Relocation assistance is available; active U.S. government Secret clearance is required prior to start.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Active, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required.
• Experience with EVMS, EACs, and cost/schedule reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly EACs and monthly LRE analyses.
• Perform EV and financial analysis to budget baseline and schedule.
• Forecast costs, monitor actuals, and document variances.
