Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P3) to support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in EVMS inputs, reporting and analysis, monthly Budget Change Requests (BCRs), and related cost/variance activities.

You will drive cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools, while collaborating with engineering and program leads to meet commitments and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance/engineering.
• Experience using SAP/APEX or similar financial systems.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support EACs and LRE estimation and variance analysis.
• Perform EV/financial analysis to budget baseline and schedule.
• Prepare forecasts and monitor costs and variances.
