Job summary

RTX, the world's leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P4) to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule analysis within the Engineering Product Team. The role requires strong cost control and reporting, with collaboration across program leads to ensure commitments are met.

The position is Hybrid and based in the United States, with responsibilities including monthly bookings, variance analysis, and forecast preparation to drive

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX and/or other similar systems.
• Experience using MS Office tools and ability to navigate Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of EACs and LREs with cost estimates, reasonableness checks, and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
