Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking an Assistant Marketing Specialist 1 to join our dynamic marketing team in the Pittsburgh area, starting in-office with potential for hybrid work.

You will coordinate pursuit processes, prepare proposals, LOIs, qualifications, and presentations, and help create compelling marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in proposals or coordination, an associate degree, and strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in proposals/coordination; A/E/C experience preferred.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal kick-off meetings, scheduling, review, production, and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal/external contacts to gather requested information.
• Track proposal efforts and ensure milestones are met.
• Assist in writing/editing marketing and technical content.
• Assist in gathering costs for proposals using Excel.
• Proofread for continuity and compliance with specs.
• Support presentation efforts, including development and logistics.
• Coordinate conferences and events, registrations, and materials.
