Job summary

Master Trades Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to act as the primary Tier II IT resource for the corporate office and regional branches. The role focuses on advanced desktop support, systems administration, and business applications.

The position requires 3+ years in IT support, experience with Windows, AD/Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments, plus strong customer service skills. Hybrid schedule based out of Boothwyn, PA with occasional travel to branch locations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, Systems Support, or Help Desk experience.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise desktop environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience troubleshooting networking issues including DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity.
• Experience supporting business applications and multi-site environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel occasionally to branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Tier II IT resource for corporate employees and branch locations.
• Resolve escalated desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, networking, VPN, hardware, and business applications.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple locations.
• Maintain IT security standards and company policies.
