Job summary

BKF Engineers in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an Endpoint Deployment Coordinator to plan and coordinate end-to-end endpoint procurement, staging, deployment, and asset management for mergers and acquisitions. This hybrid role requires onsite presence for receiving and deployment activities, with travel to BKF and acquired-company offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in endpoint deployment or IT asset management.
• Experience coordinating deployments across multiple offices.
• Experience with procurement, receiving, inventory, staging, shipping, and asset tracking.
• Knowledge of Windows endpoints, iPads, and MDMS provisioning processes.
• Experience with IT asset-management systems and lifecycle records.
• Strong organizational and vendor-coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deployment projects and changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel to BKF and acquired-company offices.
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions onboarding deployments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint security tools, and app deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop endpoint deployment plans based on employee counts, locations, roles and equipment.
• Forecast hardware demand and coordinate purchasing, delivery and deployment timelines.
• Coordinate receiving, inventory, tagging, staging, provisioning, packing and distribution.
• Maintain asset records for laptops, iPads, peripherals, and equipment.
• Manage deployment schedules and assign tasks to engineers and contractors.
• Ensure devices meet BKF standards for management, licensing and readiness.
• Coordinate with HR and managers to confirm deployment requirements.
• Track readiness, shipping status, delivery, and deployment completion.
• Develop onsite deployment, cutover, Day 1 support, and recovery plans.
• Identify risks in procurement, staffing, logistics and scheduling.
• Maintain deployment checklists, inventory standards and shipping practices.
• Manage relationships with hardware vendors, shipping providers, and deployment partners.
• Support lifecycle replacements, new-hire deployments, office projects, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency and onboarding experience.
