Job summary

Cactus Companies in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own endpoint provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management across a global enterprise. You will work with Windows endpoints, corporate mobiles, BYOD, and shared devices, aligned with IT and cybersecurity standards.

The role is hybrid with 4 days in-office and 1 day work-from-home. You will develop automation, manage deployment pipelines, and support endpoint compliance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in endpoint administration, endpoint engineering, systems administration, or a related technical role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune or a comparable modern endpoint management platform.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and mobile device management environments.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed organizations and serving as an escalation point for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms supporting Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including enrollment, provisioning, deployment, replacement and retirement.
• Maintain endpoint configuration profiles, device management policies, and compliance settings.
• Administer automated device provisioning and deployment processes, including zero-touch deployment.
• Manage OS and application update deployments to maintain health, security, and compliance.
• Implement and maintain MDM and MAM solutions for corporate-owned and BYOD devices.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, provisioning, compliance, synchronization, and policy issues.
• Produce operational reports on endpoint health, patching, and deployment success.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve administration and efficiency.
