Job summary

NetCov is seeking an Endpoint Services Specialist to manage provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle support of endpoint devices across client and internal environments. You will ensure devices are configured securely and delivered per client standards, coordinating with Service Desk, Procurement, and Platform teams to maintain consistency and efficiency.

The role emphasizes device readiness, endpoint service requests, and scalable deployment processes, with collaboration across technical leads

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving endpoint deployment issues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple device builds.
• Proficient in documenting configurations and deployment steps.
• Familiar with endpoint management tools and standard security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stage, configure, and deploy endpoint devices.
• Install OS and standard applications on endpoints.
• Perform quality assurance checks on endpoint builds.
• Assist with asset tracking and device lifecycle documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and refresh cycles.
• Support service desk with endpoint-related requests and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to leads and maintain ticket updates.
