Job summary

Cactus Companies in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own and optimize our endpoint provisioning and management. You will operate across Windows and mobile environments, develop automation, and enforce security baselines.

The hybrid role includes 4 days in office and 1 day remote, collaborating with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams. You will implement and improve endpoint provisioning, manage Intune/Autopilot, and craft runbooks while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in endpoint administration/engineering or related technical role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platform.
• Experience supporting Windows and mobile device management environments.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed organizations and escalation of endpoint issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms for Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: enrollment, provisioning, deployment, replacement, retirement.
• Maintain configuration profiles, policies, and compliance settings per IT and cybersecurity standards.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell) to improve endpoint administration.
• Manage OS and app updates to ensure device health and compliance.
• Support BYOD and corporate-owned devices, MDM/MAM solutions.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, provisioning, synchronization, and policy issues.
• Produce endpoint health and compliance reports.
