Job summary

NetCov is seeking an Endpoint Services Specialist to manage provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle support of endpoint devices. You will configure devices to NetCov standards, ensure OS and app readiness, and maintain accurate deployment documentation. You will work closely with Endpoint Services Technical Leads, Service Desk, Procurement, and Platform teams.

The role emphasizes device readiness, secure configurations, and scalable deployment processes, with office-based hours in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of endpoint services or IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11; macOS a plus.
• Familiarity with device management tools: Intune, Autopilot, Jamf.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to document configurations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Stage, configure, and deploy endpoint devices using standard processes.
• Build and provision devices with MDM platforms per client standards.
• Conduct QA checks and document deployment results.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Procurement, and Platform teams for timely deployments.
