This hands-on role provides technical direction to internal engineers, consultants, and vendors, coordinating with BKF technology teams and overseeing SharePoint/OneDrive migrations, Entra ID work, and

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of systems engineering or cloud infrastructure experience.
• Deep Microsoft 365 expertise with Entra ID and tenant migrations.
• PowerShell, automation, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical plans and communicate risk.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid SF Bay Area environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration architecture, migration plans, schedules, and cutover procedures for acquisitions.
• Provide technical direction to internal engineers, consultants, and vendors.
• Coordinate SharePoint migrations and OneDrive-to-Box migrations.
• Align identity, applications, security, and data readiness with device deployment.
• Develop integration standards, playbooks, and operational handoff procedures.
• Identify risks and communicate scheduling constraints to leadership.
