Job summary

BKF seeks a Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer to lead technical architecture and migration strategy for acquired companies within BKF’s tech environment. You will oversee complex Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, Entra ID, and related integrations, providing direction to engineers, consultants, and vendors.

The role is hands-on and senior, requiring deep cloud infrastructure expertise and the ability to lead multiple overlapping integrations in a hybrid SF Bay Area setting.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity, or enterprise tech integration.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; tenant-to-tenant migrations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, licensing and identity.
• PowerShell, automation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience leading internal engineers, consultants, vendors, or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture, migration plans, schedules, cutover and rollback procedures.
• Act as technical authority for Microsoft 365 tenant integrations (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and external vendors on migrations and integrations.
• Coordinate SharePoint and OneDrive migrations; collaborate with Box/Box Shuttle teams.
• Align identity, applications, security, and data readiness with device deployment.
• Identify technical risks and communicate timelines to leadership.
• Create and maintain integration playbooks, scripts, docs, and handoff procedures.
• Ensure steady-state ownership transitions to BKF operations post-integration.
