Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in IT, end user support, or related transferable experience.
• Degree or specialized IT training preferred.
• 2+ years of IT infrastructure or end user support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user technology support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, system access, and related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
• Process requests for system access and permissions.
• Monitor technology systems and services and support resolution efforts.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and support resolution efforts.
• Maintain accurate help desk tickets and documentation for incidents and resolutions.
• Support deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of end-user technology and equipment.
