Responsibilities

• Install software and images and deploy hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and network connectivity.
• Provide technical assistance for PCs and mobile devices; may purchase hardware/software.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with agency customers.
• Lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
