Qualifications

• Experience handling Help Desk calls and basic IT support.

Responsibilities

• Install software and images, deploy hardware, and troubleshoot hardware/network issues.
• Provide technical assistance for personal computers and mobile devices.
• Maintain professional relationships with agency customers; lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
