Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in a hybrid role based in Missoula. You will maintain an established book of business, work directly with clients to gather information for quotes, endorsements, or renewals, and process service requests to ensure timely submissions.

The position requires a Life/Health license with 2+ years of relevant experience. You’ll interface with Sales Executives, review applications, manage records, and support carrier relationships while

Qualifications

• Current Life/Health license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts including processing service requests, policy changes, cancellations, and other functions (book of business).
• Review insurance applications and policies for initial compliance and underwriting guidelines.
• Provide insurance information and support to Sales Executives in written form.
• Screen and process insurance applications.
• Prepare and compile insurance-related documents within procedures.
• Market existing and new accounts.
• Maintain all records and carrier relationships.
• Assist in meeting office sales goals.
• Some travel may be required (up to 20%).
