Job summary
The Nuclear Company is seeking an Electrical Sales Engineer to grow opportunities in nuclear power and industrial markets. You will provide technical sales support for electrical maintenance, testing, and outage services, partnering with plant leadership and engineering teams to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5+ years in technical sales or related role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Experience delivering technical proposals and cost estimates.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and perform field work during outages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with utility customers and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new customers.
- Maintain a proactive sales pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and proposals.
- Coordinate with Operations and field teams to ensure project execution.
