You will collaborate with engineers and designers, prepare specifications, and travel to client sites for design reviews and construction coordination, with training and mentorship provided.

Qualifications

• A BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is required.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical power systems design in a project team environment.
• Experience with medium and low voltage distribution, equipment selection, and calculations.
• Experience as a firm/client liaison and reviewing design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Electrical systems design for nuclear plant projects and associated modifications.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, and design inputs.
• Perform load flow, short circuit, and power flow analyses.
• Travel to client and vendor offices for design reviews and site coordination.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver cost-effective designs.
