Job summary

IMEG Corp is seeking an Electrical Project Designer in Rogers, AR to lead electrical design as a project manager or lead engineer for a range of building projects. You will work with senior staff on larger scopes, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience minimum, 4 preferred in building design consulting.
• Associates degree or certificate in BIM/Engineering preferred with 7+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for electrical systems analysis, creating designs, specifications, and calculations per code and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and maintain relationships through clear communication.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking to meet deadlines.
