Job summary

You will mentor staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical systems aligned with high-performance standards. The candidate should have a BS in Electrical Engineering, a PE license, and 7–8 years of building

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• PE License required.
• 7 years of experience minimum; 8 years preferred in building design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for electrical systems on moderate to complex projects.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations per code requirements.
• Perform site assessments and generate analyses and technical reports.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate technical information.
• Review designs and project correspondence during design.
• Provide project direction and technical advice with engineers and consultants.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.
