Job summary

You will coordinate scheduling, enrollments in MedHub, and site assignments while ensuring timely posting of clerkship materials and requirements.

The role supports NBME exam logistics, evaluations, and feedback, working closely with Clerkship Directors, UGME, and GME offices to maintain program compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Six years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements in health professions education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with complex calendars and schedules.
• Knowledge of educational technology and systems; troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and generating computer reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical student clerkships, schedules, and enrollments in MedHub.
• Manage clinical site assignments and clerkship communications.
• Support evaluation, grading, and mid-clerkship feedback processes.
• Assist with NBME shelf exam logistics and testing procedures.
• Communicate policies and timelines with students, faculty, residents, and site coordinators.
• Support Residency Program operations under UGME/GME offices.
