Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant work experience in medical education administration or related field.
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including strong working knowledge of Excel for data management, tracking, reporting, and analysis; highly adept at using software applications such as video conferencing platforms, presentation programs, calendaring systems, and collaborative productivity tools, including Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Orients department and affiliate site coordinators and teaching faculty to curriculum, policies, and logistics.
• Maintains accurate records of the curriculum, evaluations, and participation.
• Schedules evaluations, assessments, and teaching sessions, and creates and maintains the academic year calendar and/or clinical rotation schedules.
• Contributes to the design, development and implementation of curriculum, evaluations and both computer-based and performance-based assessments.
• May manage the unit budget and approve unit expenditures.
• Maintains understanding of accreditation program requirements and hospital policies to ensure compliance.
• Partners with faculty and educational leaders to advance learner engagement and career development.
