Job summary

University Hospitals in Cleveland is seeking a Medical Student Education Coordinator to manage clerkships, acting internships and related student programs in the Department of Medicine. This hybrid role coordinates schedules, onboarding, and communications with CASE School of Medicine staff and partner hospitals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR or Hospital Administration with 5+ years of administrative experience in an academic health system, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Education, HR or Hospital Administration or related field.
5+ years of professional/administrative experience in an academic health system preferred.
Experience coordinating medical student education programs and working withCASE School of Medicine is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Acting Internship rotations and clerkships for medical students with monthly and 12-week cycles.
Manage onboarding access, calendars, didactics and communication with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and partner sites.
Collect and report data on student assessment, outcomes and teaching productivity; support educational scholarship initiatives.
