Job summary

Klett World Languages, Inc. is hiring an Educational Technology Specialist to assist students, teachers, and clients with digital orders, LMS integrations, and platform training.

The role reports to the Director of Educational Technology and requires a strong technical background in K-12/Higher Education settings. You will manage onboarding, support, and analytics, coordinating with internal teams and EdTech partners while ensuring accessible documentation and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Experience supporting K-12 or higher education clients is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms and integration concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support through inbox and ticketing systems and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Manage digital orders and platform integrations for multiple language learning platforms.
• Deliver onboarding and training sessions for district IT teams and internal staff.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and sales to ensure smooth customer success actions.
