Job summary

TeamPeople is seeking an Online Learning Specialist to manage and optimize digital learning experiences within an LMS environment. The role supports LMS implementation, migration, and learner support while ensuring accessible, high-quality content.

Hybrid role with in-office presence on Tuesdays; candidate must be local to the Boston area and experienced with LMS platforms and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS preferred.
• Higher education experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS administration and overall learner experience within the LMS.
• Create, maintain, and update user documentation and training resources.
• Assist with LMS implementation, migration, change management, and user adoption initiatives.
• Upload, publish, and manage online learning content and courses.
• Manage course rosters and learning session enrollment activities.
• Conduct QA reviews to verify accessibility and technical performance.
• Maintain course repositories and ensure content accuracy.
• Support project planning and scheduling for LMS migration activities.
• Assist with system integrations and platform transitions.
• Respond to Tier 2 help desk inquiries and user support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments on learning initiatives.
