Job summary

St. Louis Community College is seeking a Coordinator, LMS Technician & OE Technology to support the learning management system and instructional technologies in Online Education. The role involves triaging requests, documentation, and assisting faculty and students with technology.

Responsibilities include evaluating and purchasing learning technologies, and providing backup support to senior analysts, while helping maintain day-to-day LMS operations and related tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
Three to five (3-5) years’ experience supporting technology.
Experience with evaluating and assessing learning technologies is preferred.
Experience with researching and purchasing learning technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and triage support requests for the learning management system and supporting software from multiple requesting sources.
Create and update existing documentation and tutorials to support faculty and students using instructional learning technologies.
Provide expertise and support to members of the Online Education department for the learning management system and other department hosted learning technologies.
Serve as back up to the Sr. App Solutions Analyst in their absence.
Coordinate the evaluation, assessment, and purchasing of Online Education hosted learning technologies.
