Job summary

Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center seeks a Development and Database Coordinator to manage donor relations, maintain the donor database, and support events and outreach in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The role requires organization, discretion, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

The position reports to the Director of Development and may require some evening/weekend hours for events and community outreach, with a hybrid work schedule after an initial 90-day onsite period.

Qualifications

• Experience with donor database management and donor stewardship.
• Ability to generate and analyze database reports for fundraising strategy and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including donor correspondence and mailings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge donor database, ensure data integrity and generate reports for fundraising.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, including timelines, materials, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments, mail merges, and communications; support Development Director with special projects.
