Job summary

Milwaukee Jewish Federation invites applications for a Development Coordinator role, focused on donor engagement, campaign support, and CRM stewardship. You will prepare meeting materials, track donor activity, and assist with events.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the Development team, accuracy, and discretion in handling sensitive donor information. The role is primarily in-person with the option to work remotely 1-2 days per week, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Two years' admin support or project management experience preferred; fundraising a plus.
• Familiarity with Jewish community and culture.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication; diplomacy with sensitive information.
• Expert user of Microsoft Office; proficient with donor CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with volunteer leaders, partners and donors, including calendaring and notes.
• Prepare materials for meetings, events, and volunteer training (agendas, presentations).
• Assist with donor information in CRM and prepare reports as needed.
• Manage annual campaign volunteers and coordinate communications.
• Provide support for grants, funds, statements, and scholarships.
• Support Events Manager with logistics and administrative process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
