Job summary

Kids’ Meals is seeking a Gift Administration Coordinator to support donor database integrity and gift-processing systems. The role ensures accurate recording of contributions and safeguards confidential donor information while supporting the development team.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and proficient in donor management. This is a full-time, hybrid position with in-office and remote work days, offering opportunities to contribute to fundraising metrics and donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business admin, finance, communications, data management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years in nonprofit development, gift processing, database administration, finance, data entry, or related admin role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate constituent records in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, including donor contact information and relationships.
• Review donor information for completeness while maintaining confidentiality.
• Process checks, online donations, ACH, matching gifts, stock gifts, in-kind contributions, recurring gifts and pledges.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile contribution activity and research discrepancies.
• Maintain pledge records, generate reminders, and track recurring gifts.
• Prepare donor-data imports/exports per established procedures and standards.
• Create and maintain online donation forms; support digital fundraising platforms.
• Produce recurring fundraising, campaign, event, leadership, and board reports; assist donor analysis.
• Prepare donor segments and lists for stewardship communications.
• Create and maintain third-party fundraising pages; track related activity and revenue.
