Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Program Manager, Events to lead planning, production, and delivery of fundraising events within the Philanthropy team. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to create impactful donor experiences and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and deliver comprehensive event plans with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and venues for seamless event execution.
• Oversee invitations, guest registration, seating, and on-site logistics.
• Build partnerships to strengthen programs.
• Collaborate to develop strategies and goals for fundraising events.
• Manage projects from concept to completion.
• Document records for historical reference and analysis.
• Update procedures and processes.
• Serve as individual contributor with program responsibility.
