Job summary

Opensity Solutions seeks a Dual Operator to streamline document operations for our clients in Phoenix. You will create, edit, and format complex documents using MS Office, PDFs, and transcription tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guides.

The role requires 3+ years in document outsourcing or legal services, strong proofreading skills, and independent work ethic. Hybrid schedule with a 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (MST) shift supports our clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years in document outsourcing or legal industry.
• Ability to learn responsibilities via training (in-person, remote, self-guided).
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using MS Office, PDF tools, and transcription software.
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts.
• Provide coordination for special projects and assist with team outputs.
• Transcribe audio and deposition transcripts as required.
• Spell check, proofreading, and cross-check documents for accuracy.
• Support review of re-works or poor outputs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of document applications.
