Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Senior Document Control Specialist to establish and administer the document control framework for Development and E&C projects. You will manage standards, metadata, numbering, revision control, registers, transmittals, retention, and closeout requirements to ensure audit-ready documentation.

The role requires coordinating with project developers, managers, engineers, and vendors, maintaining data integrity and timely workflow execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive document control experience supporting large capital projects.
• Experience maintaining document registers, transmittal logs, controlled repositories, workflows, and version-controlled project records.
• Proven experience implementing or administering an EDMS or project document management platform.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain document control systems and official records for Development and E&C project documentation.
• Create, manage, and monitor document workflows for timely submissions, reviews, and closeout.
• Coordinate document submissions and reviews across project teams and stakeholders.
• Support audits and compliance reviews with accurate, traceable documentation.
