Job summary

ON.energy is seeking a seasoned Document Control professional to support project execution in Houston, TX. You will manage, track, and maintain critical project documentation, ensuring version control and proper storage across project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of document control experience, strong Procore and ACC skills, and a track record with large-scale construction or energy projects.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of document control experience.
• Strong proficiency in Procore (required).
• Experience with ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) (required).
• Experience supporting large‑scale projects (construction, energy, infrastructure preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Ensure proper version control, distribution, and storage of documents
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with document control procedures and standards
• Track submittals, RFIs, drawings, and project deliverables
• Support audits and ensure document accuracy and completeness
