Job summary

Mansfield Service Partners in Houston, TX seeks an Outside Sales Support Specialist to coordinate fuel orders from request through delivery, support our sales team, and liaise with vendors and carriers. The role emphasizes organization, multi-tasking, and responsive customer service.

You will manage order status, pricing accuracy, and documentation for customer setups, quotes, and proposals, while supporting national accounts and ensuring timely, accurate fuel service.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year inside sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with PDI Enterprise, SkyBitz or Axxis preferred.
• Proficient Excel and Outlook.
• Typing speed at least 50 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, lookup customer accounts, and place fuel orders.
• Provide order status updates and ETAs to customers.
• Support sales with documentation for setups, quotes, and proposals.
• Monitor reports and assist with KPI documents.
• Assist with vendor and order related documentation.
