Job summary

GSK seeks a Director, Market Access Strategy – Access Optimization Lead to own US MA strategy for pipeline products. You will shape US access, payer engagement, and pricing strategies across multiple therapy areas, partnering with payer, provider and health-system channels.

The role requires senior leadership, deep MA expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment. Hybrid onsite presence is required in Philly or Durham.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA/MPH/MS/PharmD).
• Experience in US market access across payer, provider and patient segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence US market access strategy for pipeline brands.
• Develop optimized US access strategies, forecasts, and pricing assumptions.
• Coordinate with Global Market Access, Commercial, Finance and Medical teams.
• Monitor policy trends and adjust access plans for assets in development.
