Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to administer regional digital service agreements, SaaS contracts, licenses, and renewals across the Upper Midwest. You will coordinate onboarding of Trane Cloud platforms, remote monitoring applications, Trane AI integrations, and analytics.

You’ll track milestones, manage ERP records, and publish dashboards for leadership while ensuring accurate labor and material coding prior to financial close.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project coordination, service resource coordination, or project administration.
• Experience with SaaS business models, recurring service agreements, or software licensing lifecycles.
• Experience in a technical field service organization, HVAC/building automation, or technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regional repository of digital service agreements, SaaS contracts, licenses, and renewals.
• Coordinate provisioning, onboarding, and activation of Trane Cloud platforms and analytics.
• Track renewal cycles, warranty expirations, and milestones to prevent interruptions.
• Create and maintain project records within ERP and field service software.
• Generate weekly and monthly dashboards for regional leadership.
