Albemarle seeks a Digital Business Partner for Human Resources in Charlotte, NC, for a hybrid role that bridges business and IT strategy. You will translate HR and business goals into technology roadmaps and value-realization plans, guiding investments and outcomes across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with HR leadership, Change, and Transformation teams to ensure adoption, measure ROI, and report portfolio value to executives while advancing digital capabilities across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digitization or related field.
• 8+ years in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and business case development.
• Strong understanding of ERP, data, integration, cloud, and AI.
