TEGNA Inc. in Dallas is seeking an Entry-Level Digital Ad Operations Specialist to support local broadcast stations with digital advertising operations.

You will work across ad-serving platforms and order management systems to manage CTV and digital campaigns from setup to delivery. This role offers hands-on training, exposure to cutting-edge ad tech platforms, and a hybrid work model with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the downtown Dallas office; you'll contribute to troubleshooting, QA, reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical discipline required.
• 1–2 years in ad serving platforms or ad trafficking; 3–5 years can substitute for degree.
• Hands-on experience with CTV ad trafficking, SSAI, and VAST/VPAID tags is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ad platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Digital workflow & execution across ad units.
• Master ad servers and order management systems with a CTV focus.
• Set up and schedule digital ad campaigns including CTV formats.
• Ensure proper delivery of creative assets per specs and tags.
• Provide urgent support to stations and stakeholders for CTV delivery issues.
• Identify and resolve ad performance issues via QA.
• Generate reports and monitor SLAs, emails, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with vendors and stations while maintaining customer service.
